For QUALITY!

Part 2 is going to make you feel weird because….gasp…we don’t care about how fast you do it. I know, weird. We do, however, care about how well you do it. Today we continue our Murph prep. One of the things we see during Murph is as the workout drags on the quality of reps can diminish. I know you find it hard to believe that as we approach accumulating a total of 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats that things can get a little iffy. That’s the way it goes. But for today there’s no room for iffy. We want you to make every rep perfect. We’re training your awareness of range of motion and quality as well as getting a little work in for the movements we’ll see. Don’t worry about the clock, just worry about making each and every rep as high quality as possible!

And today would be a really good day to wear a vest if you plan on wearing one on Memorial Day!
