Who’s excited for deadlifts? Lifting some heavy bars off the floor is a great way to spend the day! We performed this strength work in December so you should have some recent numbers to base your day off of. Today we’re going to have you perform some banded hamstring activation work between sets. It’s important for this piece that you keep the band light and use this as an activation tool rather than turning into strength work with to heavy a band or too much tension. Have fun today and get some heavy pulls in!
