Not For Time?
Today we’re going to learn what the Open 19.1 workout is. We have no idea what will come, so it’s a smart approach if you’re doing the Open to make Thursdays right for you. For today we’re going to move and focus on skill and quality of movement versus time and efficiency. Looking at today if you know 50 strict pull-ups leaves you sore, cut it to 2 or 3 per round. If the rows feel heavy and you can’t maintain a good position, cut the weight. It’s not a big deal, make it right for you!
The Open is a great time of year at Evolve. Part of having fun with it is being as ready as you can to tackle whatever they throw at us Thursday nights. A big part of that is taking care of yourself on Thursday!
