This is WOD 1 for the In-House Comp. Those wanting to get one in before the competition can try this one on for size:
Complete as many reps as possible in 8:00:
5 Cal Row
5 Burpees Over Rower
10 Cal Row
10 Burpees Over Rower
15 Cal Row
15 Burpees Over Rower
Continue adding 5 cals/reps per round until the 8:00 is reached.

In House Comp is Today!
Reminder that there is no Open Gym today after the 9am WOD. Sorry for any inconvenience. We’ve posted a bunch about the comp on posts the last couple of weeks so refer back if you’re not sure what’s going on!
Below are the heat times. Please understand these are approximate so prepare to be flexible. Remember that this is a competition format, so you are responsible for getting yourself warmed up prior to the start of your heat. And because this is being run like any competition, the heat times will be held to so make sure you’re ready to go when it’s time for your heat to go. Don’t worry too much, there will be plenty of coaches around to help you if you need it!!
