Lord of the Lifts!
A huge good luck to Lisa and Coach Jefe! This weekend they are competing in the Lord of the Lifts competition at CrossFit WatchTower in Englewood. This is a really cool lifting meet where they will compete in Weightlifting one day (snatch, clean and jerk) and Powerlifting the next (bench press, squat, deadlift). Totaling for 5 lifts across 2 days is legit, and we’re excited for these two who have been putting in some significant time on the barbell in preparation!
If you see them, wish them luck! And if you’re not doing anything this weekend, consider stopping in and watching these guys lift all of the weights. Good luck you guys, represent!
