What Does 2019 Have In Store For You?
It’s a new year and a clean slate. I’m not much for resolutions because very simply nobody sticks to them. But I’m all for setting measurable and attainable goals and working hard for them. The start of a new year is a great time to reflect on some changes you’d like to make in your life. They don’t have to be big, but they do have to be meaningful. If they’re just fluff it’s really easy to give up on them.
If you haven’t already, spend some time thinking about what 2019 has in store for you and what you’d like to make happen. One thing to keep in mind is that you are absolutely in control. You get to decide what you’re aiming for and if you hit it is very much up to you. Our path may be influenced by outside factors that are not in our control, but that happens. That’s life. You get to decide if the obstacle stops you dead in your tracks, or if the obstacle is actually the way (you’re welcome all you Ryan Holliday fans!). Keep your eye on the prize, stay the course, and get what you’re after.
