Straight up work session today my friends. You either do it or you don’t. Scale? Doesn’t matter. RX? Doesn’t matter. No score, no time, just completion.
So now you have a choice to make. You have 2 full minutes to row 500m and another 2 full minutes to get in 25 burpees. You also have 2 minutes between each of them to rest up. So do you get after it, hammer the row, and complete the burpees as quickly as possible knowing you have that 2 minutes to rest afterward? Or do you dog it, pace your face off, and take it easy today? Your name will be on the board at the end of the 4 rounds regardless. So it comes down to making a choice that really only you will know you made.
