January Athlete of the Month: Hannah H!
Alright Hannah! Hannah has been with us for just over a year and she’s crushing it! You can imagine how it could be intimidating for a younger athlete to come in and throw down in a CrossFit WOD but Hannah never though twice about it. She comes in on the regular and works her tail off, always focussed on the goals she has set for herself. One thing that many of you might not know is that because Hannah doesn’t drive yet, it’s not uncommon for her to have to ride her bike to and from the gym…..even on the days she comes to the 6am. This level of self motivation and drive is impressive for anyone, especially for a teenager! We could all learn a thing or two from Miss Hannah!
Way to go Hannah, we’re stoked to have you as part of the Evolve community and can’t wait to see you continue to hit your goals both in and out of the gym!!
