Free Intro Workouts and the Referral Program!

It’s a new year and many people are looking for a new way to improve their fitness. And chances are pretty good that you are the fittest of all of your friends and they want to do what you are doing! That’s why we started both Bring a Friend Friday and the referral program. The reality is that these days, most people find CrossFit because somebody they know not only does CrossFit, but has made incredible progress doing it. Sometimes getting started can be hard or intimidating and they need a friend to guide them along. 

This month we are introducing a Free Intro Workout at Evolve on Monday nights at 7pm. This is a structured workout with dedicated coach and is designed for those with little to no CrossFit experience. During this class we’ll talk about the CrossFit methodology, talk about how we do things at Evolve, perform a warm-up, demo and practice the movements for the workout, and throw down. It will be a great taste for those thinking about starting CrossFit.
