Rest 3:00 between runs.
Leaderboard your average time. Convert to minutes and add up all 5 and divide by 5. For example; 3:36. 3:45, 4:00, 3:51, 3:59 = 1151 minutes/ 5 = 230.2 minutes = 3:50.2 is the average 800. This would be 3:50.2 on the leaderboard.

Don’t Bail Today.
Don’t bail on today. Don’t suddenly make today a “rest day”. It’s Wednesday and Wednesdays aren’t rest days. Not even when there’s a bunch of 800m runs. We know it’s tempting. This isn’t the sexy CrossFit stuff you thought of when you pulled the trigger and joined a real CrossFit gym. But now you’re smarter and you’ve learned a lot and you understand that it’s not just about the fast burner Girl WODs or the long grueling Hero WODs or the heavy ass barbells you love to sling around. Nope, you get it now. You understand that the goal is all-around fitness, which encompasses all things. Including 800m repeats. Yep, these days are important. And here’s another reason. It’s going to be 60 degrees and it’s December in Colorado. This isn’t going to last. It won’t be long before we’re stuck on the rowers and bikes to get our long endurance sessions in. Might as well catch another running day while you can. We hope to see you today!
