19 Burpees

100 Sit-ups

19 Burpees

100 Dumbell Snatch, 50#/35#

19 Burpees

100 Step-ups (24″/20″)

19 Burpees

100 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 55#/35#

19 Burpees

One person on the team will row or bike as the other 2 are working through the AMRAP. Every 3:00 (on the clock, not the rower) rotate. The goal is to accumulate as many cals as possible. There is no prize at the end, it’s all up to you. Start 2019 right!
