Complete every 1:30 for 20 sets:

2 Back Squats

Men start at 185# and women start at 135#. Men add 10# every set and women add 5# every set. When you reach failure reduce the load down in the same fashion that you built up.

If you anticipate lifting heavier than 375#/225# start at 225#/155#. If starting at 185#/135# is too heavy, start 135#/95#. If that won’t work, talk with the coach!

Holiday Party is Sunday!

Sunday is the day! The Annual CrossFit Evolve Holiday Party is this Sunday, at the gym, starting at 5pm! We’ll provide some light snacks and both kid and adult friendly drinks. If you like something special you’re welcome to bring it, but we’ll have plenty for you. We’ll also have Austin Taco Food Truck on-site with a full menu available for purchase!

Throw on some regular person clothes, bring the family, and have some fun hanging out with your gym fam. We hope to see you there!!
