Row 15/12 Cal (each person)

AMRAP Double KB/DB Front Squats, 55#/35# in remaining time.

Rest 2:00 Between Rounds

Partner 1 rows, Partner 2 rests. Then Partner 2 rows and Partner 1 rests. Once both have rowed the cals, one works at a time on the front squats in the remaining time.
