You never get the push doing the workouts alone that you do when you’re with the crew. 

Goals For Today.

On the menu is a classic 5 round WOD giving you a total of 50 reps for each movement. The goat for many will be the HSPUs. We’re looking for unbroken sets throughout today’s workout, at least in the earlier rounds. Scale the HSPUs appropriately to keep things moving. A good benchmark for the day is to spend no more than 1:00 on HSPUs each round. If you’re still new to the RX movement and do one or 2 at a time, stick with that pattern but move on once that minute is up. For the HPCs, this should be a manageable weight that you’re able to do unbroken. If in the later rounds you have to break, fight to break no more than one time. The box jump overs are what they are, keep moving through them and get back to the wall.
