Here are some things you will want to know for today’s workout:
The barbell for Part 1 and Part 2 will come from the racks. We will run heats as needed.
There will be a period of time to warm up to the back squat weight for Part 1.
You will only be allowed 3 attempts during the 4:00 time frame of Part 1.
