A Saturday at Evolve!
It’s been fun to film some of the WODs at Evolve to show off what you guys do on the daily. We throw some one minute versions on Instagram but sometimes we keep an extended version in our pocket. Check out a Saturday WOD from not too long ago. If you’re strictly a Monday through Friday kinda CrossFitter, you might consider coming to a Saturday Teamwork WOD sometime. They’re a blast!
