It’s Friday So You Know What That Means…

Don’t forget to remember, you guys can bring a friend to any Friday WOD for free! We will have a variation of the day’s workout on-hand and ready for someone who has never done a CrossFit workout before. Fridays have a great vibe at Evolve and we think this is a great introduction to what we do. You’ve gotten so much out of what happens within our walls.
