Last week some of you got to PR your back squat. Who’s going to start the week off with a front squat PR?!

[rs-space space=”30″/]

The Deck of Cards Workout.

The Deck of Cards is a classic old school workout. Not necessarily a staple of CrossFit gyms, but today you’re going to have some fun after PRing your front squat. The coach will have a deck of cards and one by one we will pull a card out. The number on the card is how many reps you’ll do, the suites are:

Hearts: Push-ups

Diamonds: Sit-ups

Spades: Air Squats

Clubs: Walking Lunges

There will be plenty of scaling options available so everyone will get what they need. And for a little added fun, we’ll run the clock and see which WOD time gets through the deck the fastest. Bragging rights are at stake, let’s see what time of day owns the Deck of Cards!
