Rest 3:00 between rounds.
For today if we need to run multiple heats, we’ll start Heat 2 2:00 after Heat 1 to space things out. Today you also have the option to use the bike in place fo the row, however you have to stick with it for all 5 rounds.

It’s time for another round of CrossFit Evolve Kids! Things will kick off on OCTOBER 16th!!! We will continue to follow the same format as the last session:
October 16 through December 15th (no class 11/17 due to Turkey Challenge or 11/24 for Thanksgiving Break).
Tuesdays 7-8 PM
Saturdays 8-9 AM
The cost is $200.
