Saved By The Barbell.
On this Saturday, September 1st we are hosting “Saved by the Barbell” at CrossFit Evolve to benefit CrossFit Kids in their quest to bring health and wellness to communities in need!!! Here’s how you can participate:
1.) You can contribute online and receive a T-shirt.
2.) Bring school supplies to donate at the gym to benefit students in need.
3.) YOU can come do the workout at the 9am.
And…
4.) We will run the Saved by the Barbell WOD at 8am for our CrossFit Kids…so bring your CrossFit Evolve Kid!
