Deadlifts and Wall Balls!
Today’s WOD is designed to be a straight up burner! Here are a couple of things for you to consider so you choose the correct weight and rep scheme for the day.
A legit goal for today is to be sub-10. If you do the math, that means you’re moving!
The 1st set of wall balls should take less than 1:00. If not, drop the reps to 15 or even 10, but keep the weight the same.
Your approach should be to complete all sets unbroken.
If you have to break during a set, only allow yourself 1 break per movement.
Just a few things to think about today. Come in and go hard, it will be a great one!
