Saved By The Barbell.
On Saturday September 1st CrossFit Evolve will be joining other affiliates around the world participating in Saved By The Barbell. You can read about this fantastic endeavor by the CrossFit Foundation and CrossFit Kids here. We will host an 8am workout for our CrossFit Evolve Kids followed by the regular Saturday WOD at 9am. We know you love knowing the WODs early, so here is the Saved by the Barbell Workout:
3 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of wall-balls, 20#/14#
1 minute of deadlifts , 115#/75#
1 minute of med-ball sit-ups , 20#/14#
1 minute of hang power cleans , 115#/75#

We will also be accepting school supply donations to divide among all of the CrossFit Evolve members who are teachers. Did you know that our teachers spend HUNDREDS of their own dollars each year to provide supplies that their students need to be successful in the classroom? Let’s help them out! Items include pencils, glue sticks, scissors, colored pencils, markers, etc.
