New Month, New Micro Goals!

We’re a few days into August, have you come up with a micro-goal for the month? If not we have an idea for you! Train For The Win posted an August challenge that takes no equipment and little time. It does, however, take you doing it every day for the month of August:

Upon waking and doing your business, spend 7-10 minutes prepping your body for the day. The video (below) is an example of a quick “Joint Prep Routine” that can be done in under 7 minutes. Then spend an additional few minutes addressing any aches and pains you may have (highly subjective, but for me it’s my back). We will post more prep routine, so that you can switch it up.

Below is the joint prep routine. Let’s give it a go!
