Go Hard, You Get Rest!
5:00 work, 5:00 rest, 5:00 work, done. Today’s prescription is to go hard with some built-in rest. Today the WODs will be split into groups depending on numbers. Some will start on the DU/Pull-ups and some on the Row/HSPU. If numbers dictate it, we’ll add a 3rd heat that starts on the 5:00 rest cycle. It won’t matter where you start because of that 5:00 rest period between efforts, so don’t sweat it too much.
A day like today has such a long programmed rest period for a reason. We want you to go hard. Don’t game it, don’t sandbag one part to do better on the other, just get after it each time. It’s only 5 minutes or work each time, you’ll be good!
