Little Known Facts!
You may have seen Coach KV put out some recent social media content about Little Known Facts of CrossFit Evolve. She asked for some random facts that most people wouldn’t know about and we racked our brains trying to come up with some things. This was a really great idea and we thought it would be cool to share it with you guys, so this week we’re going to do exactly that!
