Dmitry Klokov, a Russian Olympic Weightlifting champion, will be teaching a seminar in Denver this summer, Aug 18 & 19, on the Olympic lifts. We think this is a great opportunity for athletes to focus on and develop their technique and understanding of these highly complex lifts.
