Lady’s WOD and Wine!

It’s time for another WOD and Wine Night for the Ladies! What’s this you ask? On Tuesday June 12th from 7-8:30 PM the gym will be for ladies only (sorry fellas!). The night starts out with a very approachable partner WOD where you can get some work in. This is a great opportunity to bring a friend and show them what CrossFit Evolve is all about. No experience necessary! Once the WOD is done we’ll have some wine and snacks for you to enjoy as you get a Mini Massage by Therapist Kristina Mohn or win some facial giveaways from Rodan Fields provided by Nicole M.

This is going to be a really great time where Evolve gets to celebrate the ladies of our CrossFit Community and let them spend some fun time together. We hope to see you there!!
