We have a feeling that Ryan is VERY excited for today’s workout!
Going Overhead!
Today we get to do a classic CrossFit.com WOD with a little time constraint added to keep things moving. The work starts with the least technical method of going overhead, the press, and finishes with the more technical push jerk. The goal for today is to build in weight each set. This might be tough, but it is doable. That being said, don’t sandbag any of your lifts in order to pull this off, we want to challenge ourselves during the last couple of reps of each movement. We’ll post the heaviest of each lift on the board today, so get after each and every set and make it happen!
You have noted very interesting points! ps nice site.Blog money
