Trey has confirmed that the pump from yesterday’s front squats is real!
Classic CrossFit.
Today is a simple, beautiful workout. 20 minutes on the clock, C2B pull-ups, wall balls, kettlebell swings. This is classic CrossFit. It’s not fancy. It’s not complicated. However it is effective. Often times we confuse complexity with effectiveness. This is a mistake that many make and it’s a shame. We tend to overthink things. We will research and analyze and discuss and debate, and spend all that time trying to figure out what would work best or what we should be doing. I say would and should because all of that time being spent is keeping us from doing the actual work. And doing with work is what works.
Today is not a complex day, but it will give you what you need. However, intensity and fortitude are required. Come in with a plan on how you’re going to keep moving to get as many rounds as possible in that 20 minutes. It doesn’t have to be fancy to be awesome!
