What Is Fitness By Greg Glassman.

It’s not about how much you lift. It’s not about how fast you do Cindy or Fran or Diane. It’s much bigger that that. In 2002 Greg Glassman, founder of CrossFit, was writing a mind-blowing number of articles for the CrossFit Journal on a wide variety of topics. The classic piece, What Is Fitness, is the essence of what we do. This is where it all started. This was the beginning of the revolution. What we do is much bigger than the whiteboard. 

In order to get all you can out of CrossFit, it’s important to understand WHY we do what we do. Take a few minutes today and read What Is Fitness by Greg Glassman. This is the roots of what CrossFit is today. It’s important to understand where we came from. Enjoy!
