THIS is What We Are Doing.

Last week on the blog we wrote how it’s really not about the PRs and the WOD times and the whitebaord. What’s it all about? The big picture is not about getting you to the CrossFIt Games. It’s about pushing away chronic lifestyle induced disease, allowing you to be able to move well as you age to stay out of the nursing home, and about giving you the best life possible. If along the way we hit a few PRs and start to RX workouts, all the better! That’s great! But that’s a by-product of the overall goal. Spread the word. You might add years to someones life.
