Final Details for TEAMWORK!
Here we go, it’s finally here and we are super stoked! We hope you are too!! Here are some details for you:
The Saturday WOD will be TEAMWORK Hero WOD #1: Glenn. This will be the regular Saturday WOD for Evolve. If you’re not signed up for TEAMWORK you’ll do this with those who are.
Saturday Open Gym Will Be Limited. TEAMWORK Hero WOD #2 is Tumilson, which includes dumbbell burpee deadlifts, so that equipment will be spoken for. Even though the gym will be open for 24 hours, as usual on Saturdays Open Gym will end at 11am. If you want more work, grab a buddy and sign up to do the TEAMWORK event!
Please have ONE PERSON from your team sign up for the WODs you want to do in Zen Planner. This will help us plan the event. However, if you feel spur of the moment that you want to jump into another WOD no problem!
There will be massages on Saturday morning from Krista at Rise Up Wellness and chiropractor adjustments by Doctor Jordan on Sunday morning! We’ll post details on the gym social media to keep you up to speed!
