Today’s Flow.
Today you’re going to be moving some weight! This fun WOD is going to require a little logistical mastery today, but it will be well worth it. We’re going to set up in “teams” of 2 to 3 based on the weights you’ll be using for the WOD, specifically the bench press. This will allow several folks to use the same bench and not have to change weights. The goal is to move through the sets as quickly as possible. We’ll start folks at different movements and get going. If there’s a back-up, which might happen, don’t sweat it too much! You can pick up the pace a bit or let your friend go ahead of you. Not a huge deal, don’t get too spun up over it. We’ll review the movements and talk about some rep strategies to get you through it. This is going to be a fun day, be sure to make it in!!
