You have 15:00 to complete this with no time restrictions on the sets other than completing them all within the 15:00. As long as it’s within the 15:00 you can work up in weight performing as many singles as you need to establish that new press PR.

Now Carrying Kill Cliff!
When we did the member survey well over a year ago one of the things that our athletes asked for were some recovery/post-WOD drink options. We started with FitAid but there were some specific requests for Kill Cliff. We also know that many of you prefer Kill Cliff over other brands. We had an opportunity to become a Kill Cliff affiliate and based on your feedback we decided to give it a go.
Right now we’re stocking several flavors, but we’ll see what becomes fan favorites over the next couple of months and will limit our offerings to those. Kill Cliff is very similar to FitAid in what it does and what it provides: electrolytes, B-vitamins, ginger and Ginseng root, and green tea, with a little bite to it. One thing that we really love is that a portion of the proceeds of every can they sell goes to support the Navy Seal Foundation. It’s great to see companies giving back and this is something we whole heartedly support.
