Lots of knowledge being discussed here. Really deep stuff.
What It’s All About.
The Open is winding down, we’re almost through it. We take it seriously, but at the same time we try very hard to not take it too seriously. Depending on what your goals are related to the Open, you may fall on either side of this line. The reality is that these 5 weeks make everyone a little crazy. It happens, it is what it is. As I was thinking about the Open and all the things that go along with it, my favorite CrossFit quote of all time popped into my head, by none other than Pat Sherwood. Read this and think about it, because it is 100% true for the vast majority of us. Keep this in mind during this final week, it will help keep things in perspective!
“The goal is just to get fit, make it the best hour of your day, stay safe, turn up the music, high five some people, and blow off some steam. So remember that. Relax. Have fun. Work out.”
Between us speaking, in my opinion, it is obvious. I advise to you to try to look in google.com

Curiously, and the analogue is?
