Front Squat

Set 1: 5 reps

Set 2: 4 reps

Set 3: 3 reps

Set 4: 2 reps

Set 5: 1 rep

The goal is also to be able to increase loading slightly each set. This is not a 1 rep max testing day, do not go light on the prior 4 sets to leave energy in the tank for the last set.
