Be The Example.
The picture above is a powerful reminder. You are the example. Your kids, your family, your friends, your co-workers, they see you. You are the example. They see what you do and how you do it. We don’t always think about that, but it’s a fact. Our actions have a direct impact on those around us. And you are setting an excellent example. You are showing those who you care about how to take care of themselves. How going to the gym regularly is important. How caring about what you put into your body matters. That although crazy to the outsider, doing what we do day in and day out is not only good for our body, it’s good for our mind and it’s good for our soul.
Keep this in mind and continue to be the example. Your people are watching.
