16.1 Redo….Kind Of!
Today you get another shot at 16.1. Who remembers that one? There’s only one thing….those 25 foot walking lunges. If you recall we had to run very small heats to get through this back in 2016 due to space. We have a pretty big gym, but when you lay out a bunch of 25 foot lanes, that space goes away quickly. Not to worry, we’ll replace them with standing lunges so you can all get through it together.
We know that this isn’t exactly 16.1, but it is close and we’re prepping for the Open here, so this will accomplish that for all of us. See you in there!
