In-House Comp Coming Up!
We’re just over a week away from the 5th Annual In-House Comp and sign-ups are in full swing! We hear, because you either tell us or post it on the social media machines, that several folks are on the fence. Well we’re here to tell you to DO IT! This is a super low key event designed to give you a taste of competition on your home turf. The WODs will be completely approachable for all levels and this will be a great way to warm-up for the 2018 Open!
Here’s another thing that might help you take the plunge….the workouts will be released before the comp and you will have the opportunity to change divisions up until the night before the comp. Signed up for RX and feel like it will be too much? No problem. Signed up for Open then saw the RX weights/movements and feel like you can do it? No problem. Signed up as a 45+ Masters then realized you’re actually 27 years old? You’ll have to do Open or RX, but you get the point!
We have a very high tech registration system set up. Write your name on the clipboard hung on the rolling white board. Too much to handle? Ask one of the tech savvy peeps to help you. We hope to see your name on the list!!
