Update Your ZP Info!
One of the great features of Zen Planner is that it allows us to stay in constant contact with you guys. Every once in a while we’ll send out an email to all of our members to pass on some important information that is better to stay within our community versus us posting it to the blog and social media. We seldom use this feature because we don’t want to fill your inbox, but it’s nice to have when we need it.
Another feature that we have is the ability to send text messages to all of our members. We’ve never had to do this, but we like having the ability to if needed. The one thing we think this would help us with is if we needed to cancel WOD(s) due to snow. Now, to be clear, in our 8 years of operation we have never cancelled a WOD because of snow. Because we live in Colorado, and it snows here, not a big deal. That being said, a 3 foot dump and that record might change.
To keep the ability to stay in touch when we really need to, we’re asking you guys to update your info in ZP. Many profiles are incomplete, and this might mean that you miss out on some important knowledge. We promise not to abuse it, so please go in and add/update your email, cell number, and physical address:
Open the app and hit the red “Z” on the upper left.
Select “Details” under your name.
Select “Edit” in the upper right.
There you can fill in all the fields that are empty.
