Dumbbells and Kettlebells.

We got some new dumbbells for the Open and we’re breaking them in! Today’s workout will use both dummbells and kettlebells. For each of the loaded movements you will have either 2 DBs or 2 KBs in your hand. Dumbbells will be used for the shoulder-to-ovehead work. Kettlebells will be used for the front rack lunges. Either way you will get the joy of having to stabilize each arm independently rather than being joined by the barbell! We hope you like it!

To keep things moving today, there will be a time cap on each movement as follows:

C2B Pull-ups: Complete by 7:00

Walking Lunge: Complete by 10:00

S2OH: Complete by 15:00

We want you to stay true to these times. If the specified time arrives and you haven’t completed the specific number of reps, you’ll stop where you’re at and move on to the next movement. This will make sure you guys are getting the stimulus we’re after with this chipper!
