Each part of this workout has a firm 7:00 time cap. Scaling will be important to finish within that timeframe, especially with the HSPUs.

Sunday Funday!

Here are some details for the CrossFit Evolve Holiday Party on Sunday December 3rd. It will start at 5pm and will be at the gym this year! Some things you might want to know:

Austin Tacos Food Truck will be there providing some delicious tacos for purchase! We’ll also provide some snacks for you guys so you will have a couple of options for food.

We will provide a variety of cider, beer, wine, and drinks for the kids. If you want something specific, then you might want to bring it.

Kids are totally welcome.

There will not be a WOD so you can actually wear regular clothes. If you want to. It’s always nice to get together and spend some time outside of the gym, except of course that this will actually be in the gym, but we won’t be doing gym things so it will be different. You know what we mean. We hope to see you all there!!
