In teams of 2 complete the following with a 24:00 running clock:

Part 1

8 x 400m Run (relay style)

Part 2

With remaining time work up to:

4 Rep Front Squat (from the racks)

The goal is to run the 400s hard and to have at least 5:00 at the front squats. If the running pace slows down and it looks like your team won’t have 5:00, cut the last few runs to 200m so you can get the squats in.
