In teams of 2 complete:

Part 1:

In 8:00 Each Work Up To a 2RM Power Snatch (bar can be dropped between reps but both reps must take less than 10 seconds).

Transition: 7:00

Part 2:

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

10 Push Jerk, 135#/95#

15 Lateral Bar-Over Burpees

1 round = Person ‘A’ does 10 Push Jerks and then the bar over burpee. When person ‘A’ finishes person Person ‘B’ does 10 Push Jerks and the bar over burpees. Continue in that fashion until each person has done 3 rounds.
