The goal for today is to use a load that is very heavy but still be able to complete this workout in under 10 minutes. If you scale the workout and finish in under 5 minutes, the load was too light and they should do 1 – 2 more rounds with a little more weight on the bar. You wouldn’t want it to be TOO easy!

Following the workout we’re going to train grip a little bit. Once everyone is done, we’ll complete a 200m plate pinch walk with 25# plates for the fellas, 15# plates for the ladies. It’s a cool down that makes your hands strong!
