The Details For Today.
Today we get to do some burpees then run really, really hard! We want to go really hard on the burpees and the 200m sprint. Once you get to that 200m line, turn around and have an easy jog back to the gym and wait for the start of the next round. If it’s questionable for you to get the work done in 3:00, we’ll scale up the time to 4:00 and cut the total number of rounds to 7. Be sure to talk to the coaches if you have a question and we’ll give you some solid direction!
