FitAid Kiosk

In the coming days we’re going to be changing how we sell FitAid in the gym. The current system of you writing down your name, date, and how many you bought has served us well but at the end of the month it takes a bunch of hours to tabulate and run the charges through ZenPlanner so we’re going to streamline the system a bit.

There will now be an iPad on the refrigerator with the ZenPlanner Kiosk App. If you pick up a can of FitAid and you want it charged to your account, you’ll hit the FitAid button and type your name into the app. You will then see a button to charge the FitAid to the billing card you have on file. Super easy. We tried it today and it’s easy and fast. One thing of note: you will need to know your ZenPlanner password so you can type it in after your name. Why? So people can’t just enter your name in and charge their FitAid to your account. This little piece of security will prevent accidental charges. You will also have the option to swipe a card and of course cash still works as well.

Just like any change it may take a little getting used to but we believe this is going to be an improvement for you and for us. Please let us know if you have any questions, and if you experience any issues, please let us know that as well!!
