Pull-Ups….A Hundred Of ‘Em!!
Another Fran-esque WOD, today you’ll be doing the Hero WOD Daniel. Besides for the 1 mile total of running, the crux of today’s WOD are the pull-ups. 50 is a large set and you start and finish with them. Today we’ll provide several options for you to approach the pull-ups with the ultimate goal of getting your strong enough to perform them RX. If you’ve done one pull-up options for a while now, today we encourage you to try something different, and preferably more challenging. The goal is constant improvement and in order to do that you have to be willing to abandon what is comfortable. Today is a great day to do that! See you in there!
