Ben catching the power clean!
Kelly = Volume
If you’re even a little good at math you’ll see that today is going to give you a dose of 150 reps of box jumps and wall balls. That’s called high volume! This is the stuff that leaves us kinda sore the next day. Or next 2 days. If you’ve been at this for a while and you’re consistent with your training, a high volume day is no problem. However, if you’re new to what we have going on or if you haven’t been getting in as often as you should, you need to consider dropping the reps down a bit to not wreck yourself. Our goal is to keep you happy and healthy through your training! If you’re not sure about if you should do the full version of Kelly today, talk with your coach and we’ll figure out the right plan together!
