In teams of 4 and with a 30:00 clock complete the following:
Run 800m w/ an empty barbell and a slam ball
With remaining time complete:
100 Push Press, 75#/55#
50 Ball Slams, 40#/30#
100 Hang Power Cleans, 95#/65#
50 Ball Slams, 40#/30#
100 Deadlifts, 135#/95#
Max Cal Row
Alternate reps on the barbell and slam ball as needed. If you can get through those movements, get on the rower and go for max cals in the time remaining.
